One of the minion monsters of the Slum Justice. These monsters watch for crime and alert the Slum Guards of any transgressors. Slum Scouts are also capable of recording the actions of would-be lawbreakers. They can then lay mechanical egg-like devices that are able to display the recorded footage as a hologram.
